I am a researcher exploring how professional identity is changing in the age of AI.

My work focuses on post-work theory, the future of work and the question of what gives people meaning and recognition when paid employment no longer defines who they are. I am currently writing on professional identity in Lithuania.

My background is in the arts: I hold a master's degree in art, have exhibited internationally in cities such as New York, Paris and Berlin, and have worked for many years in curation and video production. This experience shapes how I approach research, combining theoretical analysis with a practical understanding of how creative and professional careers are built and rebuilt.
